Execution of Internal Civil and MEP Works on the 1st Floor of Shantilal Shanghvi Paediatric Cancer Center (SSPCC) at ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Internal Civil and MEP Works on the 1st Floor of Shantilal Shanghvi Paediatric Cancer Center (SSPCC) at ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Providing and fixing Skin of Standard Plasterboard (Conforming to IS 2095 Part 1 & BSEN 520) having density of >570 kg/cum, screw fixed vertically on either side of existing framework studs with 25mm long Drywall Screws at 300mm centres. The screw fixing of the Standard Plasterboard to the metal framing at the periphery, openings and cut edges should be at 150mm centres. The horizontal & vertical joints of the Standard Plasterboard on both sides of the metal framework must be staggered to avoid through and through joints. All joints to be taped & finished with 50mm wide Paper tape & All-Purpose Joint compound (Confirming to ASTM C475). Necessary cut-outs shall be provided for taking of supply and return air ducts/openings which shall be neatly finished after fixing of ducts thereby leaving no gaps. The layer should be finished so as to take on second skin in Gyp/Ply/MDF or Paint/wall paper directly. (Mode of measurement - Length x height), Providing & Fixing in position Towel Rod, 19 MM Thick, Providing and fixing Skin of Standard Plasterboard (Conforming to IS 2095 Part 1 & BSEN 520) having density of >570 kg/cum, screw fixed vertically on either side of existing framework studs with 25mm long Drywall Screws at 300mm centres. Rate should be including cost of grooves mentioned in detailed drawing, 65 mm dia.- GI PIPE, SITC of cPVC pipe of SDR11 of following sizes for inside toilet/Kitchen with all necessary fittings & accessories like tees, bends, elbows, reducers, unions, nipples, etc. / including concealing the pipes in walls or under floors, making chases in the walls, fixing in the wall with clamps and making good the wall surface etc. complete hydraulic pressure testing conforming to ASTM D-2846 for water supply after laying the pipes as specified including making holes in the walls or floors as required and making good to the damages by bringing them to good original condition and complete in all respects including redoing the plaster to original condition complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. (Inside toilet), 2.5 sq mm copper wire, Medical Air, FIRST FLOOR LIGHTING AND POWER PANEL, Providing and applying Plaster of Paris punning (Anhydrous Gypsum) up to 12-15mm thick over the newly/ existing plastered surface or wherever specified to prepare the surface even and smooth including all leads and lifts, Edge protection for corners etc complete as directed by the Engineer In Charge. Rate to be inclusive of surface preparation by hacking, sand papering & applying a coat of cement slurry (if required) including all incidentals.The rate shall be inclusive of making 6 mm groove as per design requirements.For punning thickness more than 12mm, chicken/PVC mesh (inclusive in rate) to be used. The surface punned to be kept ready to take on paint/wall paper. All complete as per instruction of Engineer In Charges, MEP, Providing and fixing Metal Locker units of size 315mm length x 300 mm height x 300mm depth (clear) along with provision for shoe tray where each and every component to be made from CRCA, given through 7 step Anti rust treatment and approved shade powder coating, concealed flush type handle with inbuilt locking facility and provision for indexing and numbering, Quoted rate to include supporting work (threaded rod/angle/C channel) along with fastners and brackets for the HVAC equipments, Providing and fixing white orissa pan (Indian WC) of approved shape including providing & fixing white vitreous china cistern with dual flush fitting, of flushing capacity 3 litre/ 6 lit |
