FG-200 CI body conforming to IS 210 2009, seat having EPDM rubber lining, CF 8 stainless steel disc, AISI- 410 stainless steel stem, 2.4 MPa body test pressure & 1.6 MPa seat test pressure and standard flange end conforming to BS 10 Table D/E & ANSI B 16.1 CI- 125, duly insulated complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge. (Size 100 mm NB) Notes - Insulation shall be measured and paid for separately, Operation and comperhensive maintance of Central Air Conditional plant (Air Cooled) of capacity 24x4 TR during Phase -VII including all their connected equipment like Chiller units, pumps sets, AHU, Air ducts, Panel boards, alongwith other connected accessories. NOTE- (i) The cost of routine maintenance, all type of spares reqiured to run the plant satisfactory round clock shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted by contractor. (ii) Skilled Ref Mech with relevant experience in same fields shall be deployed to run the plant in three shifts (each shift of 08 Hours) per day including Sundays and Holidays. (iii) Contractor shall be fully responsible to run the plant round the clock. He should have reuisite spares and skilled mechanic to repair the plant immediately during and failure. (iv) recovery during non functioning of AC plant 3000/hr shall be imposed on contractor. (v) POL for running of DG set shall be issued by the Department. (vi) Runing of DG set be deemed to be included in rates quoted by the contractor, THERMAL INSULATION, PRESSURE GAUGE Supply & Fixing for 4" bourdon tube pressure gauge conforming to EN 837-1, having copper alloy process connection & pressure element, plastic black pointer & case, plastic crystal-clear window, snap-fitted in case, accuracy class 2.5, scale range 0- 25 bar with necessary accessories all complete as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge, FIRE & SMOKE DAMPER, Y- STRAINER Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cast steel bolted cover Y-type strainer of 100 mm NB with CCS body conforming to ASTM A- 216 Gr. WCB, AISI 304 screen with 1.2 mm diameter perforation, 40 kg/cm2 body test pressure & 20 kg/cm2 maximum working pressure and standard flange end conforming to BS 10 Table F / Class-150, duly insulated complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge. Notes [i] Insulation shall be measured and paid for separately, AIR DISTRIBUTION DOUBLE SKIN AIR HANDLING UNIT Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 45000 CFM @ 750 Pascal total static pressure double-skin type horizontal, floor-mounted, top / side discharge air handling unit having thermal break profile complete with air-tight casing using gaskets and self-adhesive tapes 0.8 mm thick pre-coated outer skin and 0.6 mm thick GI inner skin, 45±2 mm thick double skin panel with pressure injected CFC/HCFC free PUF having 'k' value of 0.02 W/°C/m & density 40 kg/m³, AMCA certified energy efficient plug fan(s) with backward curved impellers for high static pressure mounted on aluminium extruded side rail base frame with VFD, EU4 pre-filter and EU7 fine filter (mounted on a common frame), combination of 6/8 rows deep chilled water coil(s), suitable high efficiency (IE3) TEFC squirrel cage flame proof induction motor, PVC/nylon hinges & handles, view port and marine lamp, limit switch, SS-304 drain pan, vibration isolators/rubber pads (minimum 1" thick) inspection windows / doors, mixing box and supply / return / fresh air openings fitted with aluminium volume control dampers, thermostat & humidistate,etc. complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.
