O&M of LD Gas Holder (50000 NM3)for SMS1 Operation and Maintenance of LD Gas Holder Complex (50,000 m3 capacity) as per scope of work. Sub Activities are as under a) Round the clock operation of GH complex. b) Monitoring of equipment parameters from site and through PLC/HMI system and recording in shift log book. c) Day-to-day Housekeeping and inspection of facilities. d) Regular running maintenance of installed equipment. e) Predictive, Preventive & break down Maintenance of all the units of Gas Holder.. f) Attending to localized problems/defects during planned shutdowns. g) Fabrication/ erection jobs of steel structures for platforms, walkways etc. h) Blanking / De-blanking jobs for S/D. i) Troubleshooting, Fault finding and defects rectification of all Electrical equipments; control Panels, PLC, HMI, package AC illumination system etc.. j) Supply of all maintenance consumables. k) Supply of all type of mechanical and electrical Spares upto limit value per annum as defined in the scope of job. Note-EA indicate cost per month.
