Operation of EOT cranes. Operation of EOT cranes in CRM-III for following jobs in CRM-III 1. Transferring of HR coils from Hot conveyer to HRCC yard and transferring of HR coils from HRCC yard to Saddle etc for feeding to PLTCM. (2). Dismantling/Assembly/Grinding and other activities related to roll preparation with the help of EOT cranes. (3). Shifting of HR and CR coils. Shifting of pup coil and disposal of scrap. Transferring of work roll, intermediate roll and backup roll from TC/TCM to Roll shop and Roll shop to TCM/TC. Shifting of consumables, spares etc required for shift operation with the help of EOT cranes (4).Transferring of CR coils in ECL entry and exit sections. Shifting of spares and consumables, disposal of scrap generated. Transferring of CR coils from WB to TC and TC to BAF yard. Loading and unloading of bases in BAF. Transferring of coils from BAF output yard to SPM. Handling of coils in SPM , Shifting of pup coils and disposal of scrap. Handling of work roll and backup roll in SPM. Shifting of consumables, spares etc required for shift operation in ECL, BAF and SPM with the help of EOT cranes. (5).Placement and removal of furnace, I/cover, force cooler, post cooler, convector plate, separator plate etc in BAF operation. Handling of these equipments for maintenance with the help of EOT cranes. (6).Transferring of CR coils from WB to HDGL yard and HDGL yard to entry saddles. Disposal of scrap generated in HDGL entry and exit sections. Handling of coils in exit section. Handling of work roll and backup roll in Temper mill. Handling of rolls and equipments in furnace section, tension leveller, post treatment section etc. Handling of sink roll and consumables in Zinc pot section. Shifting of consumables, spares etc required for shift operation in HDGL with the help of EOT cranes. (7).Handling of coils in packing section. Transferring the packed coils to coil storage yard. Loading of coils from yard to railway wagons. Shifting of packaging material, spares and consumables with the help of EOT cranes. (8)Any other job for which crane operation is required, shall to be performed as per the satisfaction of engg I/charge or his representative. )
